FTNH Co., Ltd. ("Company") with the relevant privacy protection regulations, including the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. The Company has established this Privacy Policy to protect users' rights and interests.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

A. Types of Personal Information Collected
The Company collects personal information (affiliation, phone number, device number, name, vehicle number, location information) for membership registration, smooth customer consultation, and provision of various services.

During the use of services, additional information such as user status, cookies, visit dates, service usage records, misuse records, and location information may be generated and collected.

For paid services, the Company may collect credit card information, telecommunications provider details, gift certificate numbers, and other payment-related information as necessary.

B. Methods of Personal Information Collection
Personal information is collected when users allow information sharing upon app installation and during service use.

C. Usage of Personal Information
Personal information is used solely for taxi orders, dispatching, and processing through calls, messages, or the app.

2. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is destroyed immediately after the purpose of its collection and use is fulfilled. However, the following information is retained for the specified periods for stated reasons: A. Misuse Records

Records of users' misuse are retained for three months to prevent further misuse.

B. Legal Retention Periods

Information may be retained per relevant laws such as the Commercial Act or the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce. The retention periods and purposes are as follows:
- Records of contracts or cancellations: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce)
- Records of payment and goods provision: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce)
- Records of consumer complaints/disputes: 3 years (Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce)
- Identity verification records: 6 months (Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization)
- Visit records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

3. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed as follows once its purpose is achieved

A. Destruction Procedure
- Information entered for registration is transferred to a separate database (or physical document storage) and destroyed after a retention period per internal policies or related laws.

B. Destruction Methods
- Printed information is shredded or incinerated.
- Electronic files are deleted using technical methods to prevent recovery.


4. User Rights and Methods of Exercising Them

- Users or their legal representatives can access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information at any time.
- Access or corrections can be made through the app's "Profile" section, and accounts can be deleted using the "Delete Account" feature.
- Users may also contact the privacy officer in writing, by phone, or via email for assistance. If a user requests the correction of an error in their personal information, the information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed.
- If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party of the correction so that it can be implemented.
- Personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of the user or their legal representative will be processed in accordance with "2. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information" and will not be accessed or used for any other purpose.


5. Use of Information Collection Tools and Refusal

- The Company automatically collects the device identifier (Device ID or IMEI) when the user runs the app program to create account information.
- If a user refuses the automatic collection of the device identifier, they will not be able to use the app.

6. Technical and Administrative Safeguards for Personal Information

The Company takes technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of users' personal information and to prevent loss, theft, alteration, or damage.

A. Measures Against Hacking and Other Threats
- Regular backups to prevent damage to personal information.
- Use of antivirus software to prevent data leaks or damage.
- Encrypted communication for secure data transmission.
- Firewall systems to block unauthorized access.

B. Administrative Measures
- Limiting personal information access to authorized personnel only.
- Assigning unique passwords for staff and conducting regular updates.
- Operating a dedicated privacy protection team to monitor compliance.
- The company is not responsible for any issues arising from the leakage of personal information due to the user's negligence or reasons not caused by the company's intentional actions or gross negligence

9. Duty to Notify
Changes, additions, or deletions to this Privacy Policy will be announced on the website or app notice board at least 7 days before the effective date.
